Automation That Takes Just a Few Minutes

“With the Aiviro application, we have primarily automated the service and sales departments so far,” explains Ms. Zdražilová. “If I were to give specific examples, it involves issuing delivery notes, invoices, automatically sending them to customers, sending reminders, or managing the bulk release of materials.”

The company has successfully taught the Aiviro Robot nine tasks in total. According to Ms. Zdražilová, the training process is surprisingly simple and fast: “Teaching the Robot a new task in the application usually takes an average of 30 minutes. Then I hand over the scenario to an Aiviro programmer, who implements and tests it for about a week. If everything works as it should, the scenario is fully operational, and I only check whether everything runs correctly via notifications that the Robot regularly sends me by email.”

Thanks to this automation, the company saves approximately 80–100 hours per month, which translates into significant cost reductions and more efficient use of employees’ time. “We estimate the return on investment in the Aiviro Robot at approximately six months, depending on the complexity of the scenarios,” adds Zdražilová.

At NERA DISPLAYS, the plans for automation are ambitious. “We are currently training the robot to handle tasks in the finance department, where the assignments are much more complex. We create the basic task setup in the Aiviro application, and the more intricate parts are supplemented with Python code by an integrator from Aiviro. This allows us to automate even the most complicated processes,” says Ms. Zdražilová. “In the future, we plan to use the Aiviro Robot in other parts of the company, such as procurement and technical departments, and possibly even in production.”
