Aiviro Robot now processes VIP customer orders instantly throughout the day, spending on average of 3 hours daily on this task, with some days reaching up to 8 hours of work.

Before implementing Aiviro Robot, invoice processing was done manually, leading to delays during employee absences or sudden increases in document volume. This process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors.

After training Aiviro Robot

The Robot now ensures continuous processing for Ray Service and its two subsidiaries, handling over 2,000 invoices per month. 50% of these invoices are processed fully automatically without human intervention, with a success rate of 91% for the remaining documents.

Even with an 80% increase in incoming invoices and a 170% increase in outgoing invoices over the past two years, the back-office staff has only increased by 33%. The Robot scales efficiently, allowing the client to grow without raising personnel costs.

Trade FIDES customers required specific security tests that had to be performed manually before each launch of the LATIS system. This time-consuming process increased the risk of errors, and automating the testing was necessary but challenging due to the nature of the desktop application.
